This week on Out & About, check out internationally famous Cincinnati painter, Tom Bacher on "Out & About." Tom paints in phospherescent colors, meaning that they glow in the dark and change! Check out his cool vegas paintings (those are my favorites!) Tom also has an opening coming up on March 30th at the Cincinnati Artist Galleries on 4th street.
